I am Lou Springer. I am an IT Architect working for Sun Microsystems. My interests include photography, fishing, camping, computer gaming, travel and cooking.

I’m becoming crusty and cantankerous, but I’m not quite there yet. You are welcome to your own opinion about this. I could care less.

While choosing a name for this blog, I did a search to see if the term “Inchoate Curmudgeon” had been previously used. I didn’t want to choose a blog name already in use. I only found one other use of this term in the March 9th Online Edition of the College Hill Independent.

The term was in a review characterizing J Dilla regarding a song in his last album before his death, Donuts:

An inchoate curmudgeon’s diatribe is turned into a conclusive denouncement of everything that is “too much, too soon.”

I guess I’ll have to buy the album now. It’s on iTunes, and an inchoate curmudgeon of a rapper sounds good to me.
