					<description>Well said, Mr. Springer.  Change has always been, and will always be, coming.  We both cause that change and are impacted by it.  As such, as you state, it is a much better thing to be a productive, creative contributor who finds / makes a place to call their own, rather than a complainer stuck in the past, waiting to become fully obsolete!

Please keep thinking, sharing, and finding things to be productively concerned about.</description>
